Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are attached as they were received.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
